When you submit a form on this Site (a home valuation request, a market report request, a contact message or a listing inquiry) we collect your name, email address, phone number and property address if provided, and the contents of your message. We also record the page you were on and, when present, the campaign that referred you.

If you accept analytics and advertising cookies (see below), we also collect basic information about how the Site is used, including pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location at the city level.

We use submitted contact information to respond to your request, prepare the analysis or report you asked for, follow up on properties you asked about, send market updates if you requested them, and coordinate showings or consultations. If you provide a phone number, we may call or text you about your request, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Reply STOP to any text to opt out; message and data rates may apply. We do not sell your personal information for money.

We may share your information with the cooperating brokers, attorneys, lenders, inspectors and title companies needed to complete a real estate transaction you asked us to assist with, and with service providers that help operate the Site, such as hosting, email delivery and analytics.

When you submit a request, we may look you up in public records to better understand and serve it. For example, we may check county property appraiser records, such as the Collier County Property Appraiser's published owner-of-record data, to see whether a name matches the owner of a Naples property and where that owner's tax notices are mailed. We use public records only; we do not scrape social networks or build profiles from private sources. We keep this research with your request and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to decline analytics and advertising cookies. Because advertising partners such as Meta may use that data to show you ads, this counts as “sharing” under some state laws; declining or sending a Global Privacy Control signal stops it.

We keep lead and inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet real estate record-keeping requirements, generally up to five years after your last contact, and then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time. This Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Property information presented on this Site comes from the regional Multiple Listing Service and other public records. It is believed to be accurate but is not guaranteed, and buyers and sellers should verify all information independently. Listing information is provided for consumers' personal, non-commercial use.
