The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. This Site aims to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We use a combination of design reviews, manual keyboard testing and automated tooling such as axe on an ongoing basis to identify and remediate issues.

Some content on the Site is provided by third parties, including the regional Multiple Listing Service (MLS) property feed and listing photography supplied by cooperating brokers. We do not control the markup, alt text or media files provided by these sources, so portions of that content may not be fully conformant. If you encounter a barrier in third-party content, please contact us and we will work to provide the information in an accessible format.

• Sufficient color contrast in both light and dark themes, and a visible keyboard focus indicator on all interactive elements.
• A “Skip to main content” link, semantic landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) and descriptive link text.
• Text alternatives for informative images, labeled form fields, and error messages announced to assistive technology.
• Moving photo rotations that can be paused, and animation that is turned off for visitors who prefer reduced motion.
• Review of new pages and components for keyboard navigation, screen-reader semantics and responsive layout, and re-testing with automated tooling whenever the shared layout, navigation or footer changes.
